How to use it

  1. Drop one PDF onto the page.
  2. Choose what to do: pick pages and save them as one PDF, save each range as its own file, or save every page separately.
  3. Click page thumbnails or type numbers such as 1-3, 5, 8-. Press the button and download the result.

Good to know

  • Type 8- to mean page 8 to the end of the file.
  • Extracted pages keep the order you typed, so 5, 1-2 puts page 5 first.
  • Several files come back as one ZIP, so you only download once.
  • Pages keep their original size and content. Bookmarks and links from the original may be left out.
  • Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked first.

Questions

Are my files uploaded anywhere?

No. The work happens inside your browser, on your own device, so your files never reach our server. The page does load ads from third parties, but they cannot see your files.

What do the three choices do?

"Pick pages" builds one new PDF from the pages you choose. "Each range as its own PDF" makes one file per range you type. "Every page as its own PDF" makes one file per page.

Can I delete pages from a PDF?

Yes. Pick every page except the ones you do not want. To drop page 3 of a 10-page file, type 1-2, 4-10.

Why does the tool show only some thumbnails?

For very long files only the first 300 thumbnails are drawn to keep the page fast. You can still type any page number.
