What counts as one run?
One batch you start. Dropping ten pictures into the compressor is one run. One merge, one split and one rotate save are one run each.
Is anything stored when I pay?
Payments are handled by Stripe, so we never see your card. We keep your email, a licence key and the status of your subscription. We still never receive your files.
How do I use Pro on another device?
Open the Account page on that device and enter your licence key. The key is shown once after checkout, so save it somewhere safe.
How do I cancel?
Open the Account page and choose Manage billing. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
I lost my key.
Write to us from the email address you used at checkout and we will send it again. Contact: [email protected]
