PDFHarbour is a set of PDF and image tools that run entirely in your web browser. You can merge, split and rotate PDFs, shrink a photo to fit an upload form, change its size or format, turn a logo into an SVG for a cutting machine, or make an STL file for a 3D-printed lithophane.
Why it exists
Most free file sites ask you to upload your documents to their servers. Modern browsers are powerful enough to do the work locally, so these tools skip the upload. That keeps your files private and makes the tools quick.
How it is paid for
Every tool is free for a few runs a day, supported by advertising shown beside the tools and never inside them. Pro removes the daily limit and the ads. Ads come from third parties and cannot see your files.
